The 5 minute rule isn’t what you think. It’s not about taking a break for 5 minutes or whatever. It’s about putting at least 5 minutes into starting something you’d been avoiding.
Today, make it your goal to put just 5 minutes into starting something that needs to get done. Because 5 minutes is better than nothing.
